During the smelting stage, it is necessary to strictly control the composition of molten iron or aluminum, purify and remove slag and gas, and reduce internal defects such as pores, slag inclusions, and sand holes. Control the temperature and flow rate during pouring to ensure smooth filling of the molten metal and avoid vortex induced gas entrapment. Solidification cooling adopts gradient cooling technology to reduce internal stress in casting and prevent later deformation and cracking. After annealing or aging treatment, residual stress is released to stabilize dimensional accuracy and avoid plane warping during use.

Performance guarantee starts from three aspects: material, processing, and testing. High strength cast iron or aviation grade aluminum alloy is selected as the material to ensure tensile strength and high temperature resistance. During the precision machining stage, precision boring and grinding are carried out on the cylinder barrel, main bearing seat, and upper surface of the cylinder body, strictly controlling the flatness and coaxiality to ensure accurate assembly and sealing. Before leaving the factory, water pressure leakage testing and non-destructive testing are carried out one by one to identify hidden cracks and internal air holes, and to prevent defective products from entering the assembly process.
